It would have to be a very good deal to do buisness with again. Offered 90 day warranty but didn’t lay out details so when things went wrong they refused to help. Only thing they made sure to help was when failed inspection which is only due to its the law and they have to make sure passes before can be sold. Rating Sales-8/10 Service-2/10 Management-8/10 Overall 6/10 at best In the end love the car and unfortunintly having to take care of some issues myself since they refuse to take care of so be extra cautious and look car over entirely to smallest detail before purchasing. More

The actual service experience at the dealership was very good. But even after making my appointment online I was hectored by texts demanding I make a service appointment. I had to call the dealer to get them to stop. Another example of business using technology negligently with the result customers have a bad taste even if, as here, the product (actual service) is fine. One also wonders if Jack Taylor can”r handle text alerts, can they be relied upon to handle the computers under the hood? I believe the guys in the service bay do a good job and are poorly represented on the promotion side. Fix it. More

I purchased in 2021 A RAVA hybrid, and this month 2023 a new Prius @ Jack Taylor.Jim Brotherton was an excellent and very honest salesperson. No games. Before I went to Jack Taylor, I went to 2 other Toyot new Prius @ Jack Taylor.Jim Brotherton was an excellent and very honest salesperson. No games. Before I went to Jack Taylor, I went to 2 other Toyota dealers, in the area, shopping for comparisons. Both not interested at all, the worst of the 2 was Coleman. A woman buying a car alone…. not serious buyer for them I guess. I suggest Jack Taylor to anybody that wants to be treated properly, Jim Brotherton will be an excellent choice. More

I've been bringing my toyotas here for years for very good reasons. They're always on point with what services I need and being aware of my tight budget they never tried to advise my on repairs or servic good reasons. They're always on point with what services I need and being aware of my tight budget they never tried to advise my on repairs or services that were not necessary. I just traded in my 2014 Corolla (that was still running perfectly) that I had 213,000 miles on and still going strong thanks to Alexandria Toyota. Mohamad has been my service consultant for a few years and is excellent. I purchased a new Camry because the deal I was offered I couldn't refuse. Mr mendoza was my salesman and did a great job, but Iman in finance truly worked magic for me, was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. More
