Repeat Buyer I purchased my first vehicle, which was a 2002 Toyota Camry through Alexandria Toyota in 2005. My salesman, Jim Brotherton, made my experience the bes I purchased my first vehicle, which was a 2002 Toyota Camry through Alexandria Toyota in 2005. My salesman, Jim Brotherton, made my experience the best ever for a first timer! Recently, when it was time to purchase a new vehicle there was no doubt that I would be returning to Alexandria Toyota. I was so excited to see that Jim still worked at the dealership! He helped me with my newest purchase, which is a 2010 Toyota Camry, and the service received was the same as it was 10 years ago! Jim is very personable and shows care and concern for his customers and their needs. That goes a long way in my book! Kudos to you Jim!!!! More

Great customer service I recently had car service on my Land Cruiser. Be weary of the cars you buy there So I was buying my first car and the salesman Jim was great however once he let his manager take over the sale the service went from 100 to 0. The manager constantly had an attitude and showed no interest in selling me a car. The manager made my first experience of buying a car horrible. After I decided I would get the car I asked if I could allow my mechanic to inspect the car and immediately he tensed up and forbid me from getting the car inspected. If you're buying a car from them I highly recommend you get someone to look at it. This dealership may be selling bad cars from the look of it. In the end I told the manager that I wouldn't buy a car unless I could get it inspected by my mechanic and he still refused. So I left and a week later found a better car dealership that let me have my mechanic inspect the car and they offered way better customer service out in Annapolis. So my suggestion: either get the car inspected or buy a car elsewhere!!! More

Jim Brotherton of Alexandria Toyota made the purchase of my Toyota Camry downright pleasant. Features and options were clearly explained and I was not pushed into purchasing anything I did not need. I was given a complete tour of the facility and was honestly impressed by the size, order and cleanliness of the service areas. I researched vehicles and costs in advance and am confident I paid a fair price that was lower than quotes from other area dealerships. More important to me is I am certain that my vehicle will be well maintained by their service department. I highly recommend Jim and this dealership! More
