If I could give zero starts I would. Do not go here if you are looking to do a trade in, they have been giving my brother the run around worst customer service he came here to buy a new Do not go here if you are looking to do a trade in, they have been giving my brother the run around worst customer service he came here to buy a new car and trade in the one he had since Sept 5 and till now they have not paid of the car he traded. They keep calling him to make a payment on a car that he no longer has due to this dealership not paying it off and it is affecting his credit. Jesus Rosales is the finance manager, and he is never in the office or has called my brother to update him. Very unprofessional More

I am basing this review on previous experiences since my initial business with Nissan of Torrance back in 2022. These many encounters involved so many horrible experiences and interactions. Mainly from thei initial business with Nissan of Torrance back in 2022. These many encounters involved so many horrible experiences and interactions. Mainly from their service department under previous management. However, I believe that their service department is under new management under the leadership of Jason. This possibly can change the trajectory of our business and future interactions. However, only time will tell. So far it has been pleasant interacting with Jason who also took action to ensure that I was taken care of when I recently visited with a free oil change. More
