The Service Department wasn’t transparent with me and my vehicle regarding the issues that were going on. Parts were replaced that weren’t supposed to be replaced, misdiagnosed. The same issue occurred with vehicle regarding the issues that were going on. Parts were replaced that weren’t supposed to be replaced, misdiagnosed. The same issue occurred with the vehicle after spending several thousands of dollars two days later, the service manager Joe did not compensate with me at all regarding the issue. I had my vehicle towed three different times regarding the whole situation. I won’t be doing any future business at this location and will figure out how badly I was scammed out of my money after I have the vehicle fixed on my own end with people that I can trust. More
