Purchasing a new car I thought at first that it was a very impersonal car dealership since it was remodeled . I didn’t care for how I thought I would be meeting with Tyle I thought at first that it was a very impersonal car dealership since it was remodeled . I didn’t care for how I thought I would be meeting with Tyler and then was assigned someone else. It would have been better if Tyler had said when I show up he would delegate me to an associate. I wasn’t expecting that. Leno was great and knowledgeable. After spending over four hours there to purchase my vehicle as a spot customer I got to know the guys and relaxed a bit. Overall it was a good experience, although tiring to get it all done in one night. I should have just come back on my day off. I had problems with my brand new car pile light and check engine and no air conditioning the second day and the service department handled that splendidly. I wasn’t aware also that there was a new location. I would not give a bad review but there’s room for improvement. Try to go back to making it more homelike I didn’t like my dealer “going up to invisible manager “ That tactic seems outdated More

Hidden services fees and poor service First time at Chapman, will never be back. Signed up for the 20 mile check up for an expensive 165.00 and to find out rotation of tires not included- First time at Chapman, will never be back. Signed up for the 20 mile check up for an expensive 165.00 and to find out rotation of tires not included- what a rip off. My current service station would have done the same 20k check for no fee and I would be charged for rotation. This package is a joke. Also car needed a part painted in the body shop and service Rep Jerry said he’d call when it was ready, after a week I followed up and it seems this body shop paint job was never initiated...I paid the 100.00 deductible...service department didn’t seem to follow through. Not happy, will stick to the great service I receive from my guys at Firestone in Lancaster city. Also...why can’t you wash the car when in for service...this isn’t offered at a Dealership??Chapman you have a lot to learn in the service industry. More

Lmk of streamlined communication I brought my car in twice because it was shutting off while driving and was told the first time nothing could be found wrong. The second time I was to I brought my car in twice because it was shutting off while driving and was told the first time nothing could be found wrong. The second time I was told it was the fuel pump. My engineer boyfriend said my car would start when he adjusted the battery every time it shut down. We wanted to wait and see if we could fix it before shelling out $600. My car shut down the next week and I brought it in. The first time I called on Saturday to ensure it was getting looking and I was told someone would get back to me. No one called me back after three hours. I had to call two more times to explain I had dropped it off. Each time I talked to someone they had no record of my previous calls. I had to call to check and see if my car was finished and lo and behold it was an $11 fuse that needed to be replaced not the fuel pump. There is a complete lack of communication and organized customer service here. I will never buy another Ford again and I tell everyone to avoid buying them. More
