FIRST SERVICE VISIT I BROUGHT MY TRUCK INTO CHAPMAN TO HAVE A RECALL COMPLETED AND SOME DIAG WORK PERFORMED. TO BE HONEST I'M ALWAYS A LITTLE HESITANT TAKING A VEHICLE TO I BROUGHT MY TRUCK INTO CHAPMAN TO HAVE A RECALL COMPLETED AND SOME DIAG WORK PERFORMED. TO BE HONEST I'M ALWAYS A LITTLE HESITANT TAKING A VEHICLE TO ANOTHER DEALERSHIP AS I AM A SERVICE ADVISOR MYSELF FOR A BMW DEALER AND DO MOST OF MY OWN WORK MYSELF OR HERE IN HOUSE. WITH THAT SAID JERRY WAS EXCELLENT. HE MADE ME FEEL COMFORTABLE AND MADE ME FEEL LIKE MY TRUCK WAS BEING TAKEN CARE OF AS IF I WAS THE WRITER. THE WORK WAS DONE PROMPTLY AND JERRY KEPT ME INFORMED ON ITS PROGRESS. THE ONLY MINOR CRITICISM I HAVE IS THAT RADIO AND SEAT SETTINGS SHOULD NEVER BE CHANGED IN CLIENTS VEHICLES- MINE WERE. Jerry contacted me Monday morning, got some more details and got a mechanic engaged asap. Problem was diagnosed quickly, parts ordered, and fixed within 24-hours...recall without an appointment. I totally trust these guys My Ford Edge is now almost five years old with 55,000 miles. Every service has been done at Chapman and it’s never run better. I quit BMW due to My Ford Edge is now almost five years old with 55,000 miles. Every service has been done at Chapman and it’s never run better. I quit BMW due to ridiculous maintenance costs and now am definitely a Ford and a Chapman fan. More

Inspection, warranty replacement part and recall service I recieved professional and curtious service from the service department.
