The experience was very unpleasant and distasteful, from a professionalism standpoint. Mr. Erik and Mr. Jerry saved the deal. Overall the carfax stated the car had minor scratches, but I was informed that t a professionalism standpoint. Mr. Erik and Mr. Jerry saved the deal. Overall the carfax stated the car had minor scratches, but I was informed that they were repaired. Fast forward, the care vehicle still had visible scratches on the A-Surface, which they fixed, but the B-Surface remained. Car was delivered in an unwashed condition, but Mr. Jerry took care of that. Once the car was delivered back to me, There was still scratches on B-Surface. At this point the hassle was getting overwhelming to have the vehicle honor the carfax. You would think that with the vehicle going to the paint shot and the appearance package (that’s not a warranty) they would have just painted the vehicle. They only painted areas of interest. Overall, not too happy about the product, but those two men were professional. More

Happy with vehicle. Happy with Jerry the salesman and the person in finance. I am disappointed in one aspect. I know it’s a preowned vehicle. I know it’s as is. It came Happy with Jerry the salesman and the person in finance. I am disappointed in one aspect. I know it’s a preowned vehicle. I know it’s as is. It came with two key fobs. After getting the car home I discovered one is inoperable. Changed the battery and there is a red light that stays on for 5 seconds but the fob won’t work. Online research says it’s a common failure for these and I need a new fob. I’m ok with that. Found a new fob at a good price. Before going to a locksmith I thought I would ask if. One Reeves Honda would at least cut and program a new fob that provide at my own expense. They stated they would try and change the battery and if that didn’t work they would try and program it for $60-$80. I’m honestly surprised but I guess that is their choice. It’s also my choice to take the car elsewhere for service and maintenance in the future as well as to take any future car purchases elsewhere. More
