I was actually not under any pressure in purchasing a vehicle but my colleague had mentioned that, " if you want to take a look at a car you have to go to my guy Tony." My dream luxury car purchase becam vehicle but my colleague had mentioned that, " if you want to take a look at a car you have to go to my guy Tony." My dream luxury car purchase became a reality. Tony Garcia was extremely courteous, professional and very knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and made sure that I felt absolutely comfortable in making my decision on which car to purchase. I was very pleased with the service at the dealership and Jerry Burton was very patient with me as well. He explained the pros and cons on which coverage was best for me and I took both Tony and Jerry's advise when I purchased the insurance on my car. They are wonderful employees and I was very satisfied. I have already recommended Continental Acura of Naperville to a couple of my friends and I'm sure they will not be disappointed. This was the the best new car purchase I have ever experienced. I orginally came to the dealership alone to have some questions answered on the Acura. I had browse online and had narrowed by search do experienced. I orginally came to the dealership alone to have some questions answered on the Acura. I had browse online and had narrowed by search down to three SUV's. My thought was just to look at the inside of the RDX. The person behind the desk, asked if I wanted help but I replied that I was just there to look. As I was looking Tony Garcia came over and asked if I needed help, I said that I didn't I just wanted to check the RDX out. He stayed and answered several questions I had and offer more information that was very informative. This was so unlike the time I came to the dealership ready to purchase a car and was ignored by the sales staff. I made my decision and my husband and I came back the following week, and asked for Tony. Tony could not have been more friendly, and helpfuI and I so appreciated that he was not pushy at all. I received a great price on the Acura and an exceptional price on my trade-in. I received other excellent service from Jerry in financial services. My RDX was ready in no time, polished and with my plates transferred. Before we left, Tony took the time to show us the hi-lights of the new tech package so that we could experience it immediately. If you are in the market for an Acura I so highly recommend Tony and his team. More

We've just purchased our forth car from Continental Acura and the second on in the last two months. As always, we had a great experience working Andy, Tony and Jerry. They were very accommodating with letting us demo different vehicles and straight forward and friendly during the business end of our visit. We live in Carol Stream and I know there are a few Acura dealers closer to us, but the longer trip is worth it for us. We've always gotten quick responses to questions or concerns whether it be sales or service related and always gotten a clean loaner vehicle when our cars have had work done on them. We visited the dealership to see and test drive the new RDX. Tony was extremely knowledgeable and helpful pointing out the car's features. After the test drive, I knew I want a RDX, but could not decide RDX. Tony was extremely knowledgeable and helpful pointing out the car's features. After the test drive, I knew I want a RDX, but could not decide on the color. Tony and Harry seemed genuinely concerned that I be happy with my choice. Although it was Tony's day off, he was there when I came back the next day during my lunch break to see the cars in the daylight. Jerry found us a competitive interest rate and we were able to complete most of the paperwork over the phone or online. When we came to pickup our new car, Harry made it a point of showing us where to go for our free car wash. Tony did a thorough and excellent job of demonstrating the features on the car. I would highly recommend this dealership. Everyone we met treated us in a friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, an professional manner. More
