Once again Honda of Staten Island has impressed me with their expertise in servicing my Accord. My car is old now and required a lot of repairs. Honda completed the repairs in just over one day. I took my CRV for service to Honda of Staten Island on 7/19/22, and was met by Kevin. (I apologize, I don’t know his last name). I told him that I was there for a service under warranty and that I was in 7/19/22, and was met by Kevin. (I apologize, I don’t know his last name). I told him that I was there for a service under warranty and that I was in need of a loner car as I reside in Brooklyn. Kevin was polite, friendly and professional and in no time at all, had my paperwork ready and a car to use while mine was being repaired. I was taken care of in a timely manner and am very thankful that Kevin was able to help me out with a loner car. Kevin is an asset to Honda of S.I. He made my experience very easy.
