Life saver Always get our oil change here with Jean. Unfortunately, the battery died around 3PM in our 2016 Silverado, tow company was here within an hour and C Always get our oil change here with Jean. Thank goodness it was only a battery and the warrenty covered everything! More

2013 Chevy Volt window regulator repair Jean got my car into service quickly. It was a Saturday morning and because my extended warranty company is closed on the weekends she could not get Jean got my car into service quickly. It was a Saturday morning and because my extended warranty company is closed on the weekends she could not get approval until Monday. No problem, Jean got me into a loaner vehicle (nice new Chevy Impala). My Volt went in on Saturday morning, Jean got approval for warranty work on Monday, I got the car back mid Tuesday, and drove a nice new Impala in the interim. Not only was the window regulator repaired, but the service tech found that the rear suspension bushings needed replaced and I think the entire rear suspension was replaced, also under warranty. Jean also recommended that I have scheduled maintenance done such as coolant flush and transmission fluid flush. I paid out of pocket for those two services, but she worked on the price a little. Sands also did a free oil change, free tire rotation, and washed the car. Additionally, Jean had a sales person help me figure out the bluetooth issue I was having. All around a great experience. Probably over $2000 worth of maintenance and repair was done and I paid $100 deductible for warranty work and nearly $300 for the needed scheduled maintenance, for a total of just under $400. Thx Sands, I'll recommend your service dept to others in the future. More

Overall great experience Everyone is always really friendly and helpful. They explain everything really well. They recommend needed services but are not pushy like some other Everyone is always really friendly and helpful. They explain everything really well. They recommend needed services but are not pushy like some other places. They just want to make sure that you and your car are taken care of properly. They also do a really good job of getting you in and out in a timely manner. And there have several times they’ve been able to squeeze me in on a busy day. More
