I purchased a 2024 Silverado LTZ four-wheel-drive from this dealership. The sales was excellent as I stated in my past reviews. Today I needed to get an oil change done since I live in Wickenburg and I ha this dealership. The sales was excellent as I stated in my past reviews. Today I needed to get an oil change done since I live in Wickenburg and I have to be in surprise. I was told that you could drop in anytime and we will do the oil change for free. When I got to the dealership first off, no one would come out to greet me. So I went inside and ask them if I can get an oil change and I did not have an appointment. The young lady said don’t problem. She asked one person if she would help you she said no I’m busy as the second person if he would help no I’m busy third person he said yes I would help you. When I told him I need to get an oil change, he asked if I had an appointment I said no he says well we don’t have time today. It’s an oil change. It takes 20 minutes to do an oil change and there was no one there in the drive at that time. Being frustrated that I drove from Wickenburg to get this done. I get turned away because it happened to be free. He said well I could fit you in ( Thursday) I told him that’s not gonna work. I told him forget about it. I will find somebody else to do my oil change and I promised I was going to leave a review. You seem to be good about taking $60,000 of my money to make a sale, but you don’t have the time or the correct attitude to take care of a customer that lives far away. You’re not about to tell me that you did not have time to do the oil change since it was around 11 o’clock in the morning. I can take my other car to a dealership and get an oil change done since it’s only 15 to 20 minute wait maybe an hour. You people are disgusting how you treat your service customers. You don’t seem to care one bit about their time only about fitting your time. I was in the car business for finance and service and sales and I would never put my self before my customer. Customers come first no matter what especially when they are a far distance away. Word-of-mouth and social media is your best advertisement More

I purchased a Chevy Impala just over a month ago the check engine light was on a 2 days ago my son took the car to service dept and a purge valve needed to be replaced a part that cost 27.99 and takes 2 check engine light was on a 2 days ago my son took the car to service dept and a purge valve needed to be replaced a part that cost 27.99 and takes 2 minutes to put on they charged 281.00 they were told not to touch the car and not remove any parts from it lying sack of trash did it anyway and threw the old part away I hope it was worth it.....I need another car you wont get my business I'll be going to Carvana kiss it More

Worst. Experience. Ever. Bought new 2020 Traverse. It had a few factory defects in the paint that was on the “we owe” to fix. After 2.5 weeks of following up with them, I fina Bought new 2020 Traverse. It had a few factory defects in the paint that was on the “we owe” to fix. After 2.5 weeks of following up with them, I finally got it in to the shop. It’s been over a month and we still don’t have our new car back yet!!!! They said it was ready, we went there to pick it up, it looked worse than before. Their Glendale collision shop did a horrible job and I cannot believe they were going to give me the car back to me like that. I’ve had 5 different managers apologize, say they will follow up, call me on this day, send me emails. Nothing! Going directly to GM to try and find answers. More

Pleasantly surprised !! Purchased a 2007 Corvette with 7,000 miles out of state and drove 850 miles back to AZ with nearly zero service since new. Hearing strange sounds from Purchased a 2007 Corvette with 7,000 miles out of state and drove 850 miles back to AZ with nearly zero service since new. Hearing strange sounds from the rear, I took it to Sands in Surprise and met Ken Ashby, a seasoned Service Writer. We decide to change all fluids, align all 4 wheels and connect a battery tender connection. Ken knew a possible cause of the rear noise and offered dealer coupon pricing with a hand wash. When I picked it up, 2 services were missed. Ken made up for the error to my benefit. At this time, the rear end noise is gone as he predicted. Further, while the convertible was there overnight a severe hail storm occurred. My car was moved indoors averting damage. Needless to say, Ken earned my repeat business. If there was any negative, I would say the dealership online service appointment self scheduling program is a farce. I used it twice and in both cases it took much longer to have the car actually being serviced. Although the Lyff ride home was appreciated. Final thoughts to dealership: Make bottled water available to customers rather than hiding it & fix the large TV sound system then ask employees to not continually adjust sound up & down. Three and half hours of this while waiting is annoying. Thanks Ken, in my judgement, you are an outstanding employee working in my behalf. Lou More

Horrible money hungry I unfortunately bought two vehicles from sands. My Malibu has needed two alignments in less than a year with less than 17000 miles. I have owned man I unfortunately bought two vehicles from sands. My Malibu has needed two alignments in less than a year with less than 17000 miles. I have owned many vehicles and never needed alignments. In addition there sales tactics are pushy and they lie quite often to get you in the door then they say my bad and don’t honor the deal. More
