For an even more Fantastic review, consider offering financial incentives (so many dollars for each positive word included in the review). To be really Fantastic - you should drop these stupid reviews entirely. Unless they let you know otherwise, you can assume you did your job as expected and your customers are satisfied - rave reviews or not. More
