The text messages from the dealership were confusing. We received a message early on Monday after the dealership had the vehicle all weekend and we thought this communication meant that are car was ready We received a message early on Monday after the dealership had the vehicle all weekend and we thought this communication meant that are car was ready. I think this was a reasonable assumption given that the dealership had the car since Friday morning and asked to keep it over the weekend implying that it would be serviced on Saturday. We went to the dealership Monday after receiving the text message only to be told that the car was not ready. This was frustrating and Gary didn’t even apologize for the confusion. We can assume that we made an appointment for 8am a service on Friday and no one started working on our car until Monday morning. More
