With 15 years of experience in the automotive industry, Zachary Sheets brings extensive knowledge and a customer-first approach to his role as a Service Advisor at Audi Marin. Throughout his career, Zachary has built a reputation for helping drivers understand and maintain their vehicles with confidence, making every service visit as smooth and stress-free as possible. Before joining Audi Marin, Zachary worked as a Service Advisor for another automotive brand, where he honed his expertise in customer care, vehicle maintenance, and service operations. His favorite vehicle in the Audi lineup is simply Audi itself, a testament to his appreciation for the craftsmanship, performance, and innovation that define the brand. Outside of work, Zachary enjoys spending quality time with family and staying active through exercise. A graduate of Maria Carrillo High School, he also loves exploring new destinations and counts Brazil among his favorite vacation spots.
