I am sorry to hear you had to make two visits to our service department, we do a thorough vehicle inspection on video for you and send recommendations based on our findings. We want you to have peace of mind and trust in our service department, so if you did not receive that video I would be happy to get with the service team to send it over to you now. When your battery was tested during the inspection, it did not show as needing to be replaced or we would have recommended that service to you.
