There is a need to improve customer service. I’ve been told to receive a message for update with regard to my concern during the last visit but I received none. I was told in 5-7 days, the part I’ve been told to receive a message for update with regard to my concern during the last visit but I received none. I was told in 5-7 days, the part for my car that need to be acquired would be available. I called for a couple of times but not provided any updates as of this writing. Last call today, I was put on hold for more than 10 minutes and ended up hanged because they said they are looking into it. Frustrating. Not the usual experience I had lately with Honda. More
