I spent all day at the dealer and at the end it was as expected. I was insulted by the finance guy as were the salesman and manager. Things that were promised were not delivered. My fault for getting wor expected. I was insulted by the finance guy as were the salesman and manager. Things that were promised were not delivered. My fault for getting worn down and not double checking the mountain of paperwork. I should have left the car and picked it up when it met my specifications. I returned to get the add ons and was treated as I had been in the past there. I will be getting it serviced elsewhere. They can handle to warrantee issues. More

Malcolm was the only smooth part of my car purchase from Honda of Toms River. Managers were unprofessional, Delia told me she would be right back with paperwork and then never returned, Finance department C Honda of Toms River. This dealership dragged out the process of getting my car that I purchased and gave misinformation throughout. More
