I’ve been in the automotive industry since 2001, and over the years I’ve gained experience in everything from NASCAR communications to managing vehicle transportation and consulting on EVs. For nearly seven years, I’ve had the privilege of helping customers find the right vehicle as a sales and leasing professional at Randy Marion Subaru. I grew up in Jonesboro, GA, and have called North Carolina home since 2005. I pride myself on making the car-buying process smooth, transparent, and even a little fun for every customer I work with.

With the happy confluence of an Autumn Green Forester on the lot and the Costco Auto Program, I ended up at Randy Marion Subaru and had an excellent experience. As a single woman I found everyone at rhe dealership very helpful. Jason Spruill was my salesman. He did not make me feel pressured. He answered all my questions. Ron Figat in Finance was easy to work with and as this was my first time leasing, he helped me with that process. Brian Fogerty appraised my trade in and gave me a good value. Tom Gilbert from service came out to discuss the service department procedures and was very friendly. Due to some construction in the area, the internet was unavailable so I had to go back the next day but that actually gave me time to see if I was going to have buyer’s remorse which I did not. I am very happy with my car and very very happy with the buying experience. More

This is my Second Subaru from Randy Marion Subaru! Jason made it a totally stress free process both times to order new cars! When I was younger, my first dealership experience was less then desired and have been wary about all dealership ever since. Since that time I have been to other dealerships looking for a vehicle, my firs less then desired and have been wary about all dealership ever since. Since that time I have been to other dealerships looking for a vehicle, my first subaru experience left me with a bad taste in my mouth never wanting to return to one as they made it seem it was hard to get a subaru and judged on appearances.... I though I would give it another shot since all my family buys from this dealership chain, and I was more than impressed, I wasn't followed around while browsing the lot trying to be pressured into anything, once I was able to see multiple vehicles, I had a better mind set on the ones that I would like to see inside of. I was greeted very openly never being here before and the sales gentleman I was dealing with was really pleasant to deal with, insightful about the vehicles that he deals with and didn't apply pressure tactics just to make a sale. I was able to locate a vehicle that I liked, with different trim levels, which we started with the base vehicle, no extras which I personally liked as some people try to get you on the extras by showing the top trim level first.. the sales gentleman was more than willing to show the higher trim levels after a test drive. I was trading in a vehicle as well. Which I do understand trying to get the vehicle at the lowest point to increase profits, but they did not try to hide anything here, everything was open and they were willing to get the highest price for the vehicle they could. They were even willing to negotiate on the vehicles price even with their prices listed on their website that showed a discount already.. and yes it was a actual discount and not a gimmick to bring people in. Everything was explained fully to me and they went the extra mile. The closing process was good as well. There was no pressure on buying the extra warrentys or coverages, the gentleman I dealt with there knew exactly what he was doing, any questions you have he was an open book and will let you know all you need to. They do NOT try to hid anything and are willing to work with you all the way till you get the keys to the vehicle. This is one dealership that I would actually return to, if all of the other dealerships in this chain treat their customers the same as this dealership I would recommend going to them aswell depending on your needs, but for this particular dealership I would recommend to choose this one over any other subaru dealership. More
