Got me the deal i was needing Justin, helped my wife and I get a Truck for the number we needed. Ron Elliot and I emailed over 25 times about pricing, bedliners, financing and rebates. I always felt I was Ron’s most important client. He was honest, extremely helpful, friendly and caring. I totally understand this is his employment and he makes vehicle sales all day long but not once through emails or face to face interactions did he project anything but professionalism, positive attitude, and a wonderful sense of humor! His communication skills were outstanding...repeating information, great eye contact, an infectious smile. I never felt intimidated. He was well informed about the F-150, spent extra time reviewing everything in and on the vehicle. He made sure my daughters and 2 friends were well taken care of during the sales process. More
