Deciding on my replacement for my 2016 CX-5. I spent the last few months deciding whether or not to replace my 2016 Mazda CX-5. After deciding to look for another vehicle the next choice was WHAT I spent the last few months deciding whether or not to replace my 2016 Mazda CX-5. After deciding to look for another vehicle the next choice was WHAT VEHICLE DO I WANT!! As I researched other vehicles the Mazda CX-5 was always at or near the top of the ratings but I looked elsewhere anyway. After test driving several alternatives I found as I drove home that my 2016 CX-5 ran as good or better than the new vehicles I tested even though I had over 70K miles on my car. The decision of what vehicle to purchase became clear so I returned to Flood Mazda where I had purchased and continued to service my vehicle. The Sales and Service Department is staffed by great people. I had previously met Jason and Phil in the building and saw them throughout the years as I returned for service. We sat down and after a few days of discussion I received a fair price on the vehicle and a very generous trade in for my 2016 Mazda CX-5. I know it's a long review but I found a fair price for a great car from a great dealer! Definitely worth a visit when car shopping. I have no relationship with anyone at Flood Mazda. Just an experienced car buyer that knows how to appreciate a good car dealer. More

It's a place worth going back to because they take care of you. This sales experience -- just like our first -- was no-nonsense, zero pressure. Attentive without being pushy. The car we saw on the web site was the one that we bought, and they negotiated on price to bring us in at a number we could work with. We can't say enough about their service department, either. Our earlier Mazda had a problem one month out of warranty, and they got it fixed, no charge. That's the kind of thing that makes you go back when you're in the market. Highly recommend these folks. More

Great Experience upgrading my nav system with Android Auto I was really pleased that Mazda offered this upgrade, even though my car is a few years old. I scheduled my service ahead of time, and Steve explaine I was really pleased that Mazda offered this upgrade, even though my car is a few years old. I scheduled my service ahead of time, and Steve explained the process would take a few hours. Work was completed on time, and Jason entertained me in the employee break room to help pass the time. New nav system works great, and I'm very happy with it. The building is under construction right now, and I can't wait to see how it looks when it's finished! More
