We purchase a brand new car and a used vehicle in one day with this dealer. We ended up having some pretty major challenges with the used car in the first few weeks, which needless to say led us to be very with this dealer. Lexie at O’Steen went above and beyond, to work with us and the dealer management team to land us in a place that literally kept us as customers (we have been customers of this dealership through two new vehicle purchases and years of service 12+). We were ready to walk away and Lexie called and worked very hard to make good and really earn our business. This service level is why they were our trusted go-to partner when we needed both a new and used vehicle. They have once again become a trusted partner for our vehicle needs now and in future. More

We bought a jeep from them they said they did a 101 inspection but when we got it home the wiper didn’t work and the stuff but I call the girl I bought it from she wouldn’t call me back or anything I inspection but when we got it home the wiper didn’t work and the stuff but I call the girl I bought it from she wouldn’t call me back or anything I called 5 or 6 time More
