It was such a disappointment to get a phone call from Tarsha about a car I was interested in, get the price of the car confirmed over the phone even with my city taxes, only for me to drive an hour and a Tarsha about a car I was interested in, get the price of the car confirmed over the phone even with my city taxes, only for me to drive an hour and a half away from my home to the dealer to get informed by Tarsha that the car was incorrectly priced. I asked to speak with a manager who I let know how far I drove and how I confirmed the price over the phone before I came in. He said unfortunately this happens often there’s nothing we can do when vehicles get pushed through our inventory and get incorrectly priced instead of 21,000 this car is actually 34,000. I was so disappointed but the associates tried finding me other similar vehicles. Tarsha pulled up two cars for me to look at but I told her they did not have the features I wanted so I was going to look elsewhere. She then asked me what features in specific and I told her heated seats and remote start. She said she can make it happen because of the inconvenience. I was happy at this point until we got to the paperwork and the two accessories were in fact not included. I paid $850 extra for the remote start and instead of them covering the heated seats, they took off the price of the Datadots which was $400 instead of the $800 seats. And proceeded to confess that datadots come with every car automatically but it is not a required purchase so actually the car should’ve been $2000 less and instead I just paid more for what I wanted. I have let everyone on my platforms know that this is not a required purchase as the car will come with it anyway. Eric J from finance just kept telling us the whole time that they are losing 7k on the car, which was not even my fault because I did not negotiate the listing price on the vehicle and was even paying for my own accessories so I’m not sure why he tried to make me feel bad ???? More

Vehicle was to have been gone through prior to leaving dealership and before we had made it 30 miles my wife noticed I had a brake light out... upon inspection I discovered a front running light out. NEVER got inspected is what I am thinking even though I was told it was and actually had to wait at dealership while inspection was occurring. Now I am wondering what else was to be inspected and did not, or got ignored. So every time I get in the vehicle I wonder what I am going to find next? Always wondering? Overall we felt very dissatisfied with Corwin Toyota and although we purchased a vehicle we did not go back and purchase our second vehicle. Adam was helpful but did not go above and beyond to make sure we although we purchased a vehicle we did not go back and purchase our second vehicle. Adam was helpful but did not go above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with our purchase. The entire experience took way to long to complete and when we finally received our car we were so exhausted and just wanted to go home. The vehicle was semi cleaned and no gas!! Then we discovered there was only 1 key and no car mats, which Corwin was unwilling to help us with supplying. Then we discovered a discrepancy with our paperwork, and it took over a week to correct and we were requested to sign electronically. Corwin has not followed up so we can receive our corrected paperwork or to find out about our experience. As I stated we went the next day to another dealership and purchased our second vehicle, what a completely different experience. We dealt with Jason on our first night and were shocked at how rude and bothered he seemed and unwilling to work with us to purchase a car. More

We are deeply and abidingly dissatisfied with Corwin. We purchased a used vehicle from the CO Springs Toyota dealership in Nov/24 with confidence the car would be in good working order. Within a month an We purchased a used vehicle from the CO Springs Toyota dealership in Nov/24 with confidence the car would be in good working order. Within a month and less than 400 miles driven we have had to repair/replace both control arm bushings, a leaking oil trap assembly, a faulty supercharger, and a cracked catalytic converter, to the tune of over $9K. They also provided a key remote without the mechanical key, and sent me away from the dealership at time of purchase with less than 50 miles worth of gas in the tank, and an almost-empty washer fluid reservoir. We suspect that Corwin did not do a comprehensive vehicle assessment. Exchanged with management have been completely unsatisfactory. And - their CRM is a hot mess and essentially unmonitored, More
