I didn't feel pressured at all, I was only shown what I wanted to see no more. I was offered extra warranties but still didn't feel pressured or "upsold". BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK. Once you sign the paperwork, you will be treated much differently. I was given a written guarantee that repairs causing the check engine light to com Once you sign the paperwork, you will be treated much differently. I was given a written guarantee that repairs causing the check engine light to come on were done or would be addressed if it came back on. It came back on 24 hours later. I also found mold growing in the vehicle after i was told a thorough detail and inspection was completed. Also had a windshield wiper come off in the managers hand after I had been driving around all day in the rain wondering why it was making so much noise. They took possession of my vehicle for over 50 days only to give it back to me and the check engine light came on 15 minutes after leaving the dealership. Now they are refusing to fix the vehicle and stating that they have went above and beyond for me, however the original issue still exists. I have had to contact the Better Business Bureau as well as an attorney. TO BE CONTINUED... More
