Both Victor and Hitoshi were friendly and made me feel at ease, although I had to work at limiting the extra dealer fees that added up to more than I could afford. I am not happy with the damage to the righ ease, although I had to work at limiting the extra dealer fees that added up to more than I could afford. I am not happy with the damage to the right rear wheel and tire that I hadn't noticed in my walk-around of the car while it was raining. The wheel damage had been painted over as to hide it, which seems a bit deceptive. Overall, I really like the car! It's a real head turner. More

Infiniti of Lynnwood was the excellent experience in shopping for a new vehicle - staff very knowledgeable and helpful with any questions. Great staff - we visit 5 times before finally deciding on purc shopping for a new vehicle - staff very knowledgeable and helpful with any questions. Great staff - we visit 5 times before finally deciding on purchase our beautiful QX60 Sport. Been back a couple of times to review the many buttons and Jason, the manager and our salesperson, Victor has been amazing. Thank you to the owner who has amazing and wonderful staff to make life a little easier when making such a huge decision. More

This was a terrific experience. Victor’ was thorough and helped me at every step. I purchased a 2019 Mercedes GLC 300. I was looking at 5 different used Toyota Tacomas TRD Off RD 4x4 in my area. Called about all 5. Went to Lynnwood Infiniti 1st since they were the closest. Collin helped me out and we went on a test drive. RD 4x4 in my area. Called about all 5. Went to Lynnwood Infiniti 1st since they were the closest. Collin helped me out and we went on a test drive. Collin was very down e earth and easy to talk to. I did tell him this was my 1st stop out of 5 that I was looking at. Next I went to Honda of Seattle (Horrible parking lot, Seattle in general is a big traffic mess!). The salesman was using pressure to make me buy even though I told him I was looking at 5 first before I made my decision. It was a good looking Tacoma (Army Green), but the up selling like add on Security Systems and other useless stuff really put me off at Seattle Honda. I did call about the other 3 Tacomas but didn't go out to Bellingham/Burlington since it is about an hour drive + to go out there. What really drew me back to Infinity of Lynnwood (I allready knew how much Tacoma's are going for and exactly what I want) was the way I was treated. Collin (My first contact) was friendly, didn't use any pressure tactics and/or try to upsell me. He made me want to return to Infiniti of Lynnwood just to deal with him I also met the Sales Manager, Mario, who also was very friendly. I wanted to meet the sales manager just so I could tell him how personable Collin was and that was why I chose their Dealership. Since Collin was off the Day I decided to come back to Purchase the Tacoma, Victor helped me out. Also very friendly made the purchasing of the vehicle easy (Also easy since I wasn't financing and buying it outright). Overall an OUTSTANDING experience at Infiniti of Lynnwood!! Thanks for my Truck! Really liking it! Craig More
