The service experience itself was less than ideal. The associate assigned to me was new and lacked some of the customer service skills necessary for the role. What was scheduled as a one-day service a The associate assigned to me was new and lacked some of the customer service skills necessary for the role. What was scheduled as a one-day service appointment ultimately stretched into seven days. The most frustrating part was the lack of communication throughout the process—calls went unreturned, and the explanations I received were often inconsistent. It wasn’t until I connected with a different associate that my experience began to improve. They took the time to answer my questions and, most importantly, communicated clearly and consistently. While I was still disappointed with the overall situation, things changed when I finally picked up my truck. The service manager pulled me aside, listened to my concerns, and handled the situation with professionalism and understanding. He not only acknowledged the issues but also significantly reduced my bill. That interaction alone saved me as both a service customer and a future sales customer. Mistakes happen—we’re all human. What truly defines a company is how those mistakes are addressed. In the end, the service manager turned a very negative experience into one that restored my confidence in the dealership. Well done. More

Colonial Ford of Plymouth is by far the best Ford dealership I have ever done business with. The staff is always friendly and attentive.
