We were looking for a gently used Toyota rav4. We wanted to buy it on memorial day. The other Toyota dealers were closed. I called Ed Martin and spoke to Michael Ball. We made an appointment. Michael is very friendly and not pushy about selling anything. We ended up buying a Toyota rav4 hybrid xle. The whole experience was handled well by Michael the team. We needed a second car and called Michael and he helped us find the right car at a reasonable price. I appreciate Ed Martin and Michael Ball for helping us with an awesome experience. I would recommend Michael Ball for any vehicle you would need. Top notch service and great price! More

My salesmen was great and the financial guy was great but the manager low balled my trade in luckily my salesmen fought and got it closer to what I was expecting but a little low. We have dealt with Ed Martin Toyota Dealership for a number of years. Almost everyone there is pleasant and helpful. The one glaring exception is Jason Conn. We recently bought a pre owned car from number of years. Almost everyone there is pleasant and helpful. The one glaring exception is Jason Conn. We recently bought a pre owned car from Ed Martin. As most people do, we negotiated the price. When we were trying to strike a deal Jason became rude and almost belligerent. The other staff were shocked and apologetic about his behavior. We had his name removed from the sales documents and will be certain to deal with someone else in future. We would have given Jason zero stars if that was possible. When you work with the public you need to remain courteous and respectful at all time. More

Crooks, Liars, and very rude! John Good Pastor and Jason Conn. I called and spoke with John Good Pastor to purchase a vehicle and was told by the manager they would not negotiate John Good Pastor and Jason Conn. I called and spoke with John Good Pastor to purchase a vehicle and was told by the manager they would not negotiate not even a dollar on the car. I was looking for this specific vehicle so I agreed to pay full price. Two days later I got a computer generated email showing they lowered there price on a few vehicles, one of which was the one I was going to purchase. I called them up and asked them about the change of price. I spoke with Jason Conn (sales manager) and was upset that I was upset that I wasn't told about the lower price. He said he doesn't understand my gripe and threatened to charge me full price again if I wanted. They claim they were just about to tell me about the price change even though it had been several hours from the email to the time I called them. John Goodpastor eventually told me a couple of days later after no longer answering my calls that they did not want to do business with me and that they don't like to do business out of state even though they offered to deliver it to me. John Goodpastor also said they have such a hot market locally that they were already losing money but yet they lowered there price just days after getting this vehicle. John Goodpastor was very pushy in trying to get me to sign the paperwork right away. These people are liars and very rude. Buyer beware! More
