Let me start by saying, I had no intentions of getting rid of my Tesla Model 3, but a 2026 Supersonic Red Tundra caught my eye. I told my husband how much I missed my 2024 Tundra Limited. We went to the d rid of my Tesla Model 3, but a 2026 Supersonic Red Tundra caught my eye. I told my husband how much I missed my 2024 Tundra Limited. We went to the dealership, and although I really liked the Supersonic Red Tundra. I jokingly told my husband that I would buy a new car if I could get a TRD Pro Sequoia or a Platinum 4 Runner. I test-drove an amazing TRD Pro Sequoia, although I loved it, it was not the right one for me. The Platinum 4Runner; yes, it is a real model. It was nice, but I decided I would keep my Tesla. Until my husband reminded me of how much I wanted a Land Cruiser. So, I test-drove a gently used one and decided to put one on hold. A few days later, I was driving through the parking lot, and noticed a lifted 4Runner TRD Off-road and thought, "That is a cool vehicle”, and went home to tell my husband about it. He saw it and thought the same as I did. But I had my heart set on the Land Cruiser because I’ve always wanted one. Between that visit and the test drive, I test-drove a Platinum Lunar Rock and felt so strongly about it that I almost drove it home; however, I have had a Tundra before, and I never buy the same car model twice. The lifted 4Runner was in the showroom, I jumped in and told my husband, I could see myself in it. But walked away. I finally decided to buy the 4Runner a few days ago, and I’m glad I did! It is truly 1 of 1. Katrina was a rockstar and had the patience of a saint. Throughout, she never lost her cool and answered all my questions about each vehicle with honesty. The delivery of the vehicle was smooth; she walked me through EVERYTHING and showed me a few things that I did not know existed on the 4Runner. If you are in the market for a Toyota, I highly recommend working with Katrina; she made me feel important and treated me like royalty. And a huge shoutout to the supportive cast and crew, the GM, New Car Sales Manager, Finance, and other Sales reps for cheering me on, even when I walked out the door empty-handed, except for the 3 bottles of water and 4 Diet Cokes. I am looking forward to breaking in my 4Runner Hybrid TRD. Thank you! More
