I drive a $109,000 truck and new ownership won’t provide loaner vehicles. It’s extremely inconvenient to drop it off TWICE for repairs. I’m having a heck of a time trying to find a 2nd day in my schedule loaner vehicles. It’s extremely inconvenient to drop it off TWICE for repairs. I’m having a heck of a time trying to find a 2nd day in my schedule to go without a vehicle to repair something that clearly was warranties b/c you had parts sent in for it. I actually have a vehicle purchased from you at home but I almost certainly won’t buy another. Your post-sales support hurts my ownership experience. It’s not a GM thing… Sewell brings us a vehicle even when we need a tire rotation or anything. More

Jarrett was my service advisor, and he did an excellent job keeping me informed throughout the entire process. He sent a video of the technician showing me exactly the brake wear on the vehicle and confirm job keeping me informed throughout the entire process. The entire process was smooth, and the service manager, Doug, ensured that I had a loaner vehicle ready, as my vehicle would need to be there for an entire day to complete all of the services. I will continue to bring all of my household vehicles to see Jarrett and Doug at Tom Clark GMC Chevrolet. More
