Frustrated that requested tire pressure to be checked till due to cold temps. Service report shows 36 lbs per tire. Got into vehicle the next day and tire light was back on. All 4 tires were at 29lbs. No till due to cold temps. Service report shows 36 lbs per tire. Got into vehicle the next day and tire light was back on. All 4 tires were at 29lbs. No air was put on after being requested and noted as done on report. Not a huge deal, but just not satisfied that it was not done and minutes that it was. More

Overall has been very good but last visit was only fair with service. Check in was not as efficient as previous visits and new video review of service was not explained very well. Figured it out and reques with service. Check in was not as efficient as previous visits and new video review of service was not explained very well. Figured it out and requested several services to be completed. The extra services were not completed as it was closed out without completing. Kevin recognized the delay in check in and got the required assistance. There was no communication from the advisor that my service was assigned to. More
