If there is a critical issue that needs attention, the techs are happy to let serviced at Toyota of Easley, each experience has been a positive one. I did my research before I even contacted them. I knew what I wanted. I knew what my trade-in was worth. There was no pressure from the moment. They contacted me to when I drove out with a car. He was respectful, knowledgeable, and kind. It was the most pleasant car buying experience I have had. Ever. They did everything for me. This morning I woke up so grateful with no buyers remorse. I would highly recommend Toyota of Easley. One thing to note that Michael has been there 11 years and another one of his colleagues six years. That says a lot to me. More

Purchased this vehicle in 2014. All services have been done here. There was however, some confusion about the drivers side blinker needing to be replaced. Somehow when I made appt and said left blinker needed to be replaced, it showed up on service order as headlight. But the associate, Tristan, figured it out.
