Purchased a used 2023 Tacoma with 20k on it. Took delivery on Friday and had it in the shop on Monday. Vehicle had a drivability issue. They said there was nothing wrong with the vehicle so I as Took delivery on Friday and had it in the shop on Monday. Vehicle had a drivability issue. They said there was nothing wrong with the vehicle so I asked ro have the shop Foreman drive the vehicle with me. He knew right away what the issue was and stated it was a common problem, but mime was worse than most. The service director had me contact Toyota customer assistane to open a case. Toyota called me back the next day and advised me that there was nothing to do because the dealership said it was a normal condition. I have driven a Toyota for over 20 years and have never been so disappointed. The vehicle fish bites as soon as it goes into lockup at about 35 pharmacy and continues to do so from that point on. Can't believe Toyota would say it's acceptable. Will never buy another Toyota. More
