After several weeks of researching, I walked in knowing exactly what I wanted — a luxury midsize SUV with a comfortable seat, good gas mileage, and under 10,000 miles. I had three specific vehicles on my list to test drive. Jared was professional, responsive, and genuinely knowledgeable about each one, which made the decision process straightforward and stress-free. What really stood out was how efficiently everything was handled. I chose my car, completed minimal paperwork, and was able to leave for a prior commitment — no pressure, no delays. I returned the next day, signed the final paperwork, and drove away in my new car. That kind of flexibility and respect for a buyer's time is rare and deeply appreciated. I'm so thrilled to share that I've just bought my very first electric car! It's practically brand new with only 5,000 miles on it. They have a policy of not reserving cars for more than 24 hours, which I think is great because it allows others to snag a quality vehicle too.
