The dealership practices are deceptive, they will slap on

So the actual price is what you see on the website plus $2000. So in essence the advertised price is NOT the real price. Then the audacity to try to mitigate this by disclosing this as fine print on their website.
These are corrupt corporate practices and need to stop. I do plan to report it to BBB and other authorities in Texas, but people need to stand up against it and refuse to pay for it.
I did end up buying the vehicle from them because they did make some discounts, although not enough.
The employees were good though, Bryan did a great job, the finance guy was not very pushy as well, did lower the extended warranty price just a bit so I could buy it.
Will I buy again from them, if only they change their greedy corporate practices. I think this dealership and its branches has potential, they have good and well trained staff who overall treat the customers well. They did not try to play tricks on my trade in and did give me the price we agreed upon.
Another issue, I arrived at the dealership on a Friday at 5 pm, and they refused to complete the deal same day because, " please like to get out early on Friday". They wanted me to come next day, which I refused so they did close the deal using Docusign the next day. My credit was approved and everything was taken care of, this deal could have been completed in 30 mins on Friday.

As of April 2026, eCarOne has officially adopted a new pricing model. The price you see online is now the price you pay.
We listened to the concerns around dealer add-ons and made a change. All of the same benefits are still included, such as protection packages and enhancements, but they are now built directly into our competitive pricing with no additional charges or surprises.
Our goal is to make the process as transparent and straightforward as possible from start to finish.
