Andy was really nice the whole time, who I enjoyed doing business with, but one of the sales representative Firas I was not pleased with working with him. He added a product unknowingly, I never authorized. With my persistence of requesting a breakdown price of each item I’m being offered is how I caught the add on. I asked him to remove it which he did and it brought the price down which I was agreeable to accept. He presented with frustration. The Finance guy was very pushy I had to repeat myself multiple times informing him was not interested in the maintenance plan, I was pleased and comfortable with using my credit he kept repeating telling me it was bad choice. I thought customer satisfaction is important if my choice was pleasing to me then allow me to enjoy it because the dealership is still getting a sale. My experience was not very pleasing. More
