We are discerning consumers, especially with automobiles (BMW brand loyalists for over 30+ years). James Tan was the difference. He made our purchasing decision seamless and effortless. In short, James is a consummate professional who is a great listener and made earnest efforts to accommodate us. His in-depth knowledge of the Maserati brand and the Lavente Modena S was masterful and made our purchasing decision very efficient and stress-free. Family and I drove from Richmond VA just to visit this dealership as they had the specific make and model that I was looking for with all of the correct options. James was one of the most kind and understanding Sales Specialist I have ever dealt with when buying a car. After a long trip up I-95 James made sure that me and my family were welcomed in a very kind manner and never once tried to force the sale. As I transitioned from James to Krystie for the finalization of the sale, the exemplary service continued. My family and I left, with my wife raving about their complimentary coffee, happy new owners of a fantastic automobile. However, the service and assistance from James didn't stop as we left. In the days following James made sure to reach out and make sure that we were getting the most out of our new car and answered multiple questions that came up along the way. When the day comes that I or my family need a new vehicle we will definitely be coming back to Criswell Maserati all thanks to James and Krystie. More
