Purchased a certified vehicle. One tire was bad. Shocked to discover that they found it acceptable to only replaced one tire stating the other three were within their "acceptable One tire was bad. They also forgot to reset the "due for service" indicator warning, due to admitted error by their service department. We were told we could take it to any BMW dealer much closer to our home to resolve the issue. The local dealers wound NOT touch it since they did not do the work. Very frustrating. More
