This is my 4th Leased MDX and I've always had superior customer service in both sales and service. This service call was for a transmission issue I experienced in Los Angeles. The Tustin dealer were nice customer service in both sales and service. This service call was for a transmission issue I experienced in Los Angeles. The Tustin dealer were nice but didn't appreciate my situation. I took a chance to make it back to Key Acura. I made my appointment with James who totally understood my issue making my appointment first thing Monday morning. The problem was diagnosed I was given a loaner car and car fixed within 48 hours. Everything was Great. More

An excellent dealership that consistently takes care of me and my family, whether it’s resolving issues or providing general support.
