I purchased a Chevy Impala just over a month ago the check engine light was on a 2 days ago my son took the car to service dept and a purge valve needed to be replaced a part that cost 27.99 and takes 2 check engine light was on a 2 days ago my son took the car to service dept and a purge valve needed to be replaced a part that cost 27.99 and takes 2 minutes to put on they charged 281.00 they were told not to touch the car and not remove any parts from it lying sack of trash did it anyway and threw the old part away I hope it was worth it.....I need another car you wont get my business I'll be going to Carvana kiss it More

Service department sucks and cant do a proper repair. Had to bring my truck back the next day because they installed the abs pump incorrectly. Came out the next day and my driveway was covered in fluid. Serv to bring my truck back the next day because they installed the abs pump incorrectly. Worst. Experience. Ever. Bought new 2020 Traverse. It had a few factory defects in the paint that was on the “we owe” to fix. After 2.5 weeks of following up with them, I fina Bought new 2020 Traverse. It had a few factory defects in the paint that was on the “we owe” to fix. After 2.5 weeks of following up with them, I finally got it in to the shop. It’s been over a month and we still don’t have our new car back yet!!!! They said it was ready, we went there to pick it up, it looked worse than before. Their Glendale collision shop did a horrible job and I cannot believe they were going to give me the car back to me like that. I’ve had 5 different managers apologize, say they will follow up, call me on this day, send me emails. Nothing! Going directly to GM to try and find answers. More

Waiting even after truck was ready They did a good job with the service performed but nobody came and got me to tell me the truck was done. I had to walk out to the service area to see They did a good job with the service performed but nobody came and got me to tell me the truck was done. I had to walk out to the service area to see my truck sitting in the pick up area. I had to point it out to my service rep who barely acknowledged me. He then looked up my vehicle info and did walk me over to the cashier. He walked away without a thank you or any sort of acknowledgement. I get better service at Toyota and Nisssan. Just sayin'. More
