He then looked up my vehicle info and did walk me over to the cashier. He walked away without a thank you or any sort of acknowledgement. I get better service at Toyota and Nisssan. Just sayin'. My Expierence Had my Vehicle detailed at this location. Getting in and being taken care of was a breeze, Service person Jake was excellent. Was impressed that they Had my Vehicle detailed at this location. Getting in and being taken care of was a breeze, Service person Jake was excellent. Was impressed that they Ubered me home. When it was time to pickup my vehicle they again sent a Uber to pick me up. When I got to Sands and asked for Jake no one knew where he was and I never did see him. My vehicle was on the drive so I paid the cashier and got into my vehicle and was on my way. They did a great job on the truck but a horrible job on my bed cover. The coupon said complete detail outside/inside of vehicle and since the cover is attached to the bed I thought it would be covered but they made an attempt to wipe it down but missed 40% of the cover. It would of been 5 stars if they would of made a better attempt but there was dirt and dust all around the edge of the retractable cover, made it look awful, but the truck looked great. More
