Had my car in shop. One of the things I asked for was to check rear passenger tire as it was continually losing air. They belatedly checked it and said they couldn't find anything but that they didn't have a tire immersion sink to test for leaks, perhaps I should go to America's Tire and ask them to take a look (the car was in for other service) I purchased these tires from Rsvl Infinity in October 2023. So, I drive off and several miles later the tire pressure shows to be 27 lbs. They hadn't even put air in the tire. I called immediately, but you can neve get a service rep, only the voice mail of a person that I'm not even working with. I was told to bring in car at 9AM so that it would be ready by 1PM. It was reedy at 3:30PM and the tire had not been looked at. That was another half hour. This was Thursday. It's now Saturday and no one has called me back. Guess I'll go to America's Tire. I have had 2 QX 60's since 2015. I have previously been pleased with service dept. I NEVER take my car any where else, so it doesn't feel good to leave this negative review. More

Service on 1/28. Signed to do work at 9:20 a.m.; drove away at 11:35 a.m. Have NEVER had it taken so long, plus others in and out before me. I told him at 11:15 I had a noon HVAC appt; he said just a few minutes more. I had told him I wanted to talk about things after the service. He said he would email me the check list since I had no time to talk. No check list emailed that day or the 29th. Emailed him around 8 a.m. 1/30, no response and no check list. Received standard email from Jairo on 1/31 thanking me for coming in; I emailed him back at 8 a.m. again asking for the check list from my car's service. It is currently 12:35 p.m. on the 31st, still no check list. I need to know what they did as I have some items from Jan 2024 to check. (I can't rate the quality of work as I have no idea what they did.) More

Since Elk Grove Infiniti closed, I had to come to this location for warranty repairs. They greeted me when I arrived and was helped within 30 minutes. Let the service advisor know about my problems and we location for warranty repairs. They greeted me when I arrived and was helped within 30 minutes. Let the service advisor know about my problems and went on my way. They kept in touch during the inspection and repairs. Overall, good service. More
