Unfortunately, I did not qualify for a loaner car (as I

I asked about tree sap and I was told not to let sit on the coating. I've reached out to the diamond ceramic manufacturer and I haven't heard back. I don't know how to care for the product or what to avoid. Sales team was great.

Regarding the loaner - because you purchased a pre-owned vehicle, our service loaners do not apply, which is why we arranged the Enterprise rental and covered that cost for you. We do apologize and understand how that might have added time to your experience.
On the Diamond Ceramic Coating, the product includes warranty coverage for situations like tree sap or spills. If anything affects the coating, you can file a claim to have the area addressed and the coating reinstalled. Please don't hesitate to call our General Sales Manager, Shah Atebar at 916-365-3372 will be happy to walk you through everything if still needed.

Although we were purchasing a used car, with a narrow profit margin, the staff went out of their way to make sure that we were happy every step of the way. We bought the extended warranty for the car, and while I don't hope to use it, I know that if the need arises the staff will be great to work with.
