Worst experience ever. Spent $3000 to be lied to. First Josh Pippen lied to me about the warranty on the parts and service provided. Then they "helped me out" (their words) Spent $3000 to be lied to. First Josh Pippen lied to me about the warranty on the parts and service provided. Then they "helped me out" (their words) by letting buy another part. Worst of all, my truck is still not fixed and they wont warranty the work. Its been less than 4 months. All my time and money has been wasted. Also, the customer service has been the worst. No replies on text messages. 10 days to return a phone call. I thought we paid more at dealerships so we don't get taken advantage of by shady people. Not at Jim Norton. I have called Eric Cooper 3 times in the last 10 days. They are open 9 of those days. Just received my first call back. Seems like they don't care about anyone once they have your money. One more thing, twice someone there has broken parts on my truck and I was told it's my fault because my car wasn't new. Seriously. Once it was the door latch and they wouldn't even bring me my truck. I had to walk up the hill myself and discover the door wide open to the world. Make sure to read everything they give you to sign and initial. My fatal mistake. I mean it's definitely common sense and I messed that up. But when they lie to after specifically asking about said part I didn't really think twice. Hard lesson learned for sure. More
