Regarding the delay with final delivery, in some cases where trade-ins involve existing loans, we must wait for the bank to release the title — a process that can unfortunately take time. While this is not uncommon, I understand how that timing may have come as a surprise. As for your interaction with our sales consultant, we regret the inconvenience you experienced. Occasionally, consultants are pulled away unexpectedly by other customers, but that should never impact your experience, especially during delivery.
