To replace sensor dealer keep my car 4 days and of course I had appointment. Rizza dealership this is mistake. I don’t recommend this dealership any one. had an appointment scheduled for 2 weeks ahead to get brakes and rotors done along with an oil change. I walk into my appointment and they tell me they can look at the brakes but only get my oil change d brakes and rotors done along with an oil change. They told me that I needed a new $399 battery. I had the battery tested elsewhere and it tested strong! What a racket. Perhaps because they thought that they could bamboozle a woman?! I have been doing business with Rizza for 15 years and have worked with Larry Papp for just as long everyone is friendly and very nice. Thru the years I have brought new customers to the dealership they a have worked with Larry Papp for just as long everyone is friendly and very nice. Thru the years I have brought new customers to the dealership they are still returning customers because of being treated fairly. Brought in car for recall service. Picked up car once completed and I have 4 different service lights on, install updates constantly beeping but won’t update and 2 alerts going off. Ve Picked up car once completed and I have 4 different service lights on, install updates constantly beeping but won’t update and 2 alerts going off. Very disappointed. There were no issues when I brought my car in and only did because I kept getting postcards for the recalls. Now I have all of these issues and have to bring in car again which is extremely inconvenient with 2 babies in tow. Thanks for nothing! More
