My experience with University Mitsubishi started out good. Marc was a helpful sales representative, though not very knowledgeable of the vehicle we were looking for. A Jeep Wagoneer S. University Mitsub good. Marc was a helpful sales representative, though not very knowledgeable of the vehicle we were looking for. A Jeep Wagoneer S. University Mitsubishi’s practice of low balling the advertised price and then adding on extras was not appreciated. Buyers should assume a significant amount in extra charges above the advertised price, not including tax and registration. As with many dealerships there was some haggling before arriving at a price that was acceptable to both parties. During the drive home some lights were illuminated on the dash indicating issues with stability control and crash avoidance systems. The vehicle was taken to a local CDJR dealer to check out the lights at which time an issue with two tires and electrical communications issues were found. After communications back and forth describing the issues and resolutions University Mitsubishi offered to reimburse for said repairs. As a result the rating and this description were updated. Their willingness to make things right is why the recommendation has been adjusted from a 1 star avoid rating to 4 star recommended. More

At first I came in at 12:00pm I was suppose to have an appointment with Richie, however I had waited 1 Hour for Richie and nothing and one your representative’s came over and acknowledged me and asked if appointment with Richie, however I had waited 1 Hour for Richie and nothing and one your representative’s came over and acknowledged me and asked if I had been assisted by Richie, I told them no and immediately I was put with another representative and they started the process immediately and he got the ball rolling for me, so from this point forward it was a smooth process from start to finish and I was very happy. Everyone who assisted me was very professional and courteous and they worked hard for me to make it happen. I was very satisfied with the service that was provided. More

Took way too long long on my car for some breaks because of them ordering the wrong size & the worker not knowing what they’re doing. We have been loyal customers for years. In December we went to turn in my lease and lease a new Outlander, which would have been our 13th lease with this dealership. We chose the car we wan In December we went to turn in my lease and lease a new Outlander, which would have been our 13th lease with this dealership. We chose the car we wanted. To make this short, the finance manager and the sales manager came out and the finance manager thanked us for being loyal customers for so many years and that we had been given great low price deals all the years before but "it was time to pay the piper" (exact words) and they would need $5000 down and the lease would be in the high $500's. My husband and I were so taken back by what was just said that we were totally speechless. We asked for our keys to my car back and we walked out. The salesman came after and apologized for what was said. I think he was as shocked as we were. We went to KIA purchased a new Sorento and we absolutely received the best welcoming treatment and a great price. We have driven an outlander and other Mitsubishi cars for so long we didn't realize that there were other dealers that would appreciate our business. I will never set foot back in this dealership nor will I recommend any one else to and we have been customers since it was owned by Bill Seidel years ago. Think twice about dealing with this dealership!!!! More

They train the sales people at this place to cheat customers. STAY AWAY More
