I don’t know who Madison is. He/she was not my service rep. It’s usually Brandon but he wasn’t there when I pulled in with a dead battery. No consideration or discount given for existing customer. I did it this time but will think hard about continuing our service relationship here. Jake is always courteous, expertly thorough, and prompt in getting the vehicle in and serviced. Not sure if a steering wheel cover is used before, during and after service? I did have to clean the stee in getting the vehicle in and serviced. Not sure if a steering wheel cover is used before, during and after service? I did have to clean the steering wheel with many Armour wipes the next day. Brown and dirty residue on the steering wheel. Please note, I had just cleaned it with Armour wipes before this service visit. If no steering wheel cover, maybe just a change of gloves? Thank you, More
