I am left feeling frustrated because it wasn’t until I was on my home that I found out that my battery had tested below specifications. While I understand that I didn’t receive the technician’s video dire was on my home that I found out that my battery had tested below specifications. While I understand that I didn’t receive the technician’s video directly, due to it being sent to my wife rather than me. I believe that when I was checking out with the service advisor, it should have been mentioned! Along with the dirty air filters which aren’t as dire, but still important. More

Brandon recommended services that had already been performed that day and some that were done 8 months prior and wouldn't need to be performed for another year or more.
