I went in for oil change and tire rotation. I had a coupon (from Sutherlin) for 10.00 off synthetic oil change. I was charged full price. Also, I ended up spending 1000.00 on a new set of ti I had a coupon (from Sutherlin) for 10.00 off synthetic oil change. I was charged full price. Also, I ended up spending 1000.00 on a new set of tires ( that I knew were on there last leg, recommended by Isiaah since I mentioned I was driving up north for the holidays). Upon looking at my paperwork when I got home, I was charged for a tire rotation in addition to the new tires. I always feel confident when taking my car to Sutherlin that the work will be done right the first time! Now I realize I need to double check the charges before leaving the dealership. I will still use Sutherlin for any major maintenance, but I may start taking my car for the 10 minute oil change in the future….I don’t even have to get out of the car!!! More
