One of the best car buying experiences that I have ever had. Eduardo was professional, informed, genuinely interested in helping us buy a car that was right for us, and there was no pressure. Shane in management was friendly and helpful as was Kris in finance. Everyone at Sutherlin was pleasant to work with and I have already recommended Sutherlin to my friends who have seen our new car! Paso que fui porque me enviaron un email de Nissan diciendo que mi Nissan Sentra 2020 tiene una falla al doblar. Fui y no me resolvieron el problema, es más, ni saben si lo tiene o no y es la segunda diciendo que mi Nissan Sentra 2020 tiene una falla al doblar. Fui y no me resolvieron el problema, es más, ni saben si lo tiene o no y es la segunda vez que voy a consultar lo mismo. Ahora me dice que tengo que sacar otro turno y si tiene la falla no me cobran nada, pero si tiene otro problema , me cobran la consulta. No entiendo nada. Yo solo quiero que se hagan cargo de la falla que dicen que tiene y me quedo tranquila de que no tenga un accidente algún dia!!! More

Don’t buy from these crooks. I purchased a used vehicle for nearly thirty grand, only for the transmission to go out on me less than a week later. Fortunately for them, the vehic I purchased a used vehicle for nearly thirty grand, only for the transmission to go out on me less than a week later. Fortunately for them, the vehicle still had it’s factory warranty and I was given a replacement tranny with a loaner car to pacify me until repairs were made. It’s clear these future corpses don’t test or inspect cars before selling them. Then, I got an inspection before the end of my warranty, only for service staff unable to discover any problems, yet I come back in two weeks later for an oil change to discover I have a critical repair that needed to be done. So, I guess they couldn’t catch preventive maintenance during the longevity of my warranty and I am stuck paying the bill for something that would have been previously paid for. I get it, car dealerships aren’t charities. They exist to squeeze as much money as possible out of their customers. Yet, these underhanded practices are going to hurt people. I didn’t pay this astronomical amount of money to have these kinds of problems within three years of my purchase. I’m surprised hate has yet to manifested itself within a cut-throat dealership such as this one. More
