I purchased a car from ALEX at Sunnyside Acura and he was dishonest from the very beginning. I have been in touch with Sunnyside Acura multiple times and each time they continue with the lies and deceit. dishonest from the very beginning. I have been in touch with Sunnyside Acura multiple times and each time they continue with the lies and deceit. I've also been in touch with Acura on a corporate level to inquire about " Acuras highest honor" Apparently that's an annual review. This review is very confusing because according to them they have a " hands off approach" when it comes to dealerships. They can merely suggest that they do the right thing. They cannot force them. My question is in regards to these awards issued by Acura on a corporate level. If they truly do have a hands off approach, how is it possible for them to issue these awards? It seems impossible to me. Sounds like you can't have it both ways. Anybody from Acura or Sunnyside that could answer this question for me it would be greatly appreciated. More

TLX Service on July 9th I brought my 2020 TLX in for service to address a minor noise or scraping issue within the steering column. The Master Mechanic, Al, addressed the iss I brought my 2020 TLX in for service to address a minor noise or scraping issue within the steering column. The Master Mechanic, Al, addressed the issue for Sunnyside and it was found to be within normal noise limits due to the cabling within the steering console. Al agreed to explain all of this to my wife and we all went for a test drive the next day and was very satisfied with the explanation. I also worked with Joe Bouley, Brian Miller, and Idrissa Niang on this issue. Also Ray Fulton for a 2nd loaner vehicle until the test drive was completed the following day. The people at Sunnyside were very friendly and accommodating. No pressure or rush to get the deal done. As my wife put it "it was the best car buying experience in her life", and we've done this a accommodating. No pressure or rush to get the deal done. As my wife put it "it was the best car buying experience in her life", and we've done this a lot. I've even contacted them after our purchase with questions and again they were thorough and friendly. The vehicles we test drove were clean inside and out and our sales rep, Alex, was extremely knowledgeable about cars, even the one we bought, a 2017 Nissan Maxima. When we're ready to buy our next car they will be our first stop. We highly recommend them. More

I feel compelled to specifically call out Jason Morel who went above and beyond to make the experience very delightful and stress free. Jason is very easy going, professional and knowledgeable sales person. Post sales, he patiently answered all our questions and helped us understand the car better. It was clear he genuinely wanted us to love our car. Jimmy was awesome! I do not enjoy car shopping partly because I am in Sales and Marketing but Jimmy was a pure joy to work with at Sunnyside Acura. My whole family went I do not enjoy car shopping partly because I am in Sales and Marketing but Jimmy was a pure joy to work with at Sunnyside Acura. My whole family went car shopping and everyone loved Jimmy. He is so knowledgeable and personable, you do not feel he is trying to sell you something. You feel like he is giving you the information to make the best informed decision. If you are in the market for an Acura and are open to the possibilities and selections. call or visit with Jimmy. Even when he knew he had the deal closed he stayed until we were done with Finance and walked us out. He was also there when we picked up and did a complete walkthrough and setting of preferences. Two days later he called for a follow up to check in how things were working and has answered every single question. As a consumer, if you do not want to feel rushed or pressured into a buying decision then again Jimmy is your contact. In the Finance dept, similar stellar experience with Idriss. He was personable and excellent at conveying all the options. He totally understood the type of customers he was dealing with and we had smooth meetings. Knowing your customer in any business is critical. I cannot say enough nice things about our experience. More
